The invention provides a super-hydrophobic modification method of oxide porous ceramic, which comprises the following steps: treating the surface of the oxide porous ceramic to obtain the surface-roughened and hydroxylated oxide porous ceramic; and further performing chemical vapor deposition hydrophobic modification to obtain the super-hydrophobic oxide porous ceramic. The surface contact angle of the oxide porous ceramic subjected to hydrophobic modification by the method exceeds 150 degrees, and the oxide porous ceramic has super-hydrophobicity.
本发明提供一种氧化物多孔陶瓷的超疏水改性方法,包括:对氧化物多孔陶瓷表面进行处理,得到表面粗糙化及羟基化的氧化物多孔陶瓷;进一步进行化学气相沉积疏水改性,得到超疏水的氧化物多孔陶瓷。经过以上方法疏水改性的氧化物多孔陶瓷表面接触角超过150°,具有超疏水性。
