The invention provides a high-performance concrete reinforcing agent containing a polyether-alkylol amine block copolymer as well as a preparation method and application of the high-performance concrete reinforcing agent, the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding methacrylate block polyether, sodium hypophosphite, acrylamide, H2O2 and deionized water into a reaction container, and heating and stirring at 35-45 DEG C until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a reaction solution A; step 2, dropwise adding an acrylic acid solution and a vitamin C aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 0.5%-1.5% into the reaction solution A, controlling the dropwise adding time to be 1-2 hours, heating to 50-60 DEG C after dropwise adding is completed, and keeping the temperature for 20-50 minutes to obtain a reaction solution B; the acrylic acid solution is a mixed aqueous solution prepared from sodium methallyl sulfonate and acrylic acid according to the mass ratio of (2-4): (1-1.5); and step 3, adding polymeric polyol or an alcamines compound into the reaction liquid B, continuously reacting for 1-3 hours at 60-65 DEG C, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a finished product. The concrete admixture has the beneficial effects that the admixture amount is low, the concrete strength and workability can be remarkably improved, and the use amount of a cementing material is reduced.
