The longitudinal moving rail and the return rail are movably connected with the trolley through transition rails. According to the sinking type load transverse moving turnout trolley, a prefabricating area and a beam storage area can be effectively linked, a transverse moving gantry crane or a beam lifter does not need to be used, meanwhile, the equipment cost is low, and therefore the construction investment is reduced.
