The invention discloses a construction method of a full-prefabricated assembled corrugated steel web extradosed cable-stayed bridge. In the first stage, construction before cable pulling is conducted,specifically, firstly, a pier foundation and a cable bent tower are constructed, then a prefabricated corrugated steel web and a steel diaphragm plate are hoisted for installation construction, thena concrete prefabricated bottom plate and a concrete prefabricated top plate are hoisted in sequence, and a bottom plate post-cast strip and a top plate post-cast strip are formed through cast-in-place; in subsequent second-stage construction, the prefabricated corrugated steel web is hoisted according to the method, inhaul cables are installed, first tensioning is carried out on the inhaul cables, then a prefabricated concrete bottom plate is hoisted, second tensioning is carried out on the inhaul cables, finally the prefabricated concrete top plate is hoisted, and final tensioning and fixingare carried out on the inhaul cables; in third-stage construction, construction is carried out according to the first-stage method until the whole bridge cantilever construction is completed; and finally, the bridge deck is constructed, and whole bridge construction is completed. Full-prefabricated construction is adopted, the concrete quality is improved, the time of on-site high-altitude operation is shortened, and the engineering risk is reduced.
