Highway bridge hollow steel pier high-temperature protection system and bridge protection system thereof
The invention relates to a highway bridge hollow steel pier high-temperature protection system and a bridge protection system thereof. The high-temperature protection system comprises a liquid medium, a water cooling head, a fire sensing device, a heat dissipation system and a processing system. The liquid medium is used for absorbing heat and gasifying to transfer heat at the bottom of the hollow steel pier upwards; the water cooling head is used for absorbing heat above the hollow steel pier; the fire sensing device comprises a smoke sensor and a temperature sensor; the heat dissipation system comprises a pump machine arranged on the bridge support, a first water inlet pipeline, a second water inlet pipeline, a heat dissipation pipeline and a water outlet pipeline, a cooling channel is formed in the water cooling head, and the components form a water flow loop; and the processing system is used for controlling the opening and closing of the pump according to the information obtained through judgment. Heat at the bottom of the hollow steel pier is upwards transferred to the water cooling head through gasification of the liquid medium, then heat of the water cooling head is taken away through water circulation, heat dissipation of the pier is achieved, and damage to the pier is reduced.
