The paving device comprises a movable chassis, a material pumping machine used for supplying an adhesive, a first tooth scraping mechanism used for brushing the adhesive on the surface of the floor tile, a second tooth scraping mechanism used for brushing the adhesive on the ground, and a material distributing mechanism used for distributing materials supplied by the material pumping machine are arranged on the movable chassis; the material distributing mechanism is used for conveying an adhesive to the first tooth scraping mechanism and the second tooth scraping mechanism; the movable chassis is further provided with a movable mechanical arm used for clamping the floor tiles and moving relative to the first tooth scraping mechanism to assist in adhesive brushing. Bonding agents are distributed through the distributing mechanism, the surfaces of the floor tiles and the ground can be brushed with the bonding agents at the same time, the full slurry effect of the back faces of the floor tiles can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the using amount of the bonding agents can be controlled within the upper and lower limit range, the fault tolerance of the using amount of the bonding agents is large, the hollowing effect is avoided, and the paving effect is guaranteed; and the floor tile paving efficiency is improved.
