Corridor lifting installation method
The invention relates to the technical field of corridor construction, in particular to a corridor lifting and mounting method which comprises the following steps: S1, splicing a corridor and lifting the corridor to a designed elevation; and S2, an inlaying rod piece is installed between the corridor and the existing main body structure. The corridor is lifted to the designed elevation in S1 and then continues to be lifted, then a temporary supporting piece provided with a hydraulic rod is installed on one side of an existing main body structure, after a supporting steel plate of the temporary supporting piece is adjusted to be flush with the designed elevation through the hydraulic rod, the corridor is lowered, the temporary supporting piece makes contact with the bottom of the corridor, and auxiliary supporting is conducted on the corridor; the situation that as personnel and materials enter the site gradually, the gravity of the corridor is increased, then the locking force provided by the lifter locking mechanism is possibly insufficient to resist the external load, and consequently the steel cable slides, the corridor moves downwards, and the corridor and the opposite opening are staggered is avoided.
本发明涉及连廊施工技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种连廊提升安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1、拼装连廊并将连廊提升至设计标高;S2、在连廊与现有主体结构之间安装嵌补杆件。本发明通过在S1中将连廊提升至设计标高后继续提升,之后在现有主体结构一侧安装设有液压杆的临时支撑件,通过液压杆调整临时支撑件的支撑钢板与设计标高持平后,下降连廊,使临时支撑件接触连廊底部,并对连廊进行辅助支撑,避免随着人员、材料逐步入场,使连廊的重力增加,进而使提升器锁紧机构提供的锁紧力可能不足以抵抗外部载荷,导致钢索产生滑动,连廊下移,连廊与对口处错位的情况发生。
