The invention discloses a limited space corridor installation method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a crane is erected on a basement garage top plate structure for corridor steel structure component assembly; s2, on the basis of an existing building structure, a sliding rail is erected, an overall accumulative sliding construction method is adopted, and the main truss and the secondary truss which are assembled in the sliding area can integrally slide according to a hydraulic synchronous pushing sliding system; and S3, when the component unit slides and is pushed to the lower position of the corridor, hydraulic lifting of the steel structure large corridor is completed through a multi-point synchronous hydraulic lifting construction method. According to the method disclosed by the invention, through assembly line work construction of assembly hoisting, in-place sliding and in-place hydraulic lifting installation of the steel structure corridor, the systematic problems of hoisting, transportation and precise installation of a large steel structure in a limited space are solved.
本发明公开了一种受限空间连廊安装方法,包括如下步骤:S1:在地下室车库顶板结构上支设吊车进行连廊钢结构构件拼装;S2:基于现有建筑结构,搭设滑移轨道,采取整体累计滑移施工方法进行,且滑移区拼装完成的主、次桁架可以按照液压同步顶推滑移系统进行整体滑移;S3:当构件单元滑移顶推至连廊下部位置时,采用多点同步液压提升施工方法完成钢结构大连廊液压提升。本发明方法通过钢结构连廊的拼装吊装、滑移到位和液压提升到位安装的流水线作业施工,解决了受限空间大型钢结构吊装、运输和精准安装的系统性难题。
