Splicing type transformer substation
The invention provides a spliced transformer substation which comprises a base, two first side plates spliced through a middle plate are vertically arranged on each of the left side, the right side and the rear side of the base, second side plates are vertically arranged at the two ends of the front side of the base, and a hinged door is arranged between the two second side plates. The second side plates and the adjacent first side plates as well as the two adjacent first side plates at the corners are spliced through corner plates, top plates are fixedly connected to the upper sides of the first side plates and the second side plates, and the corner plate on the rear side and the two first side plates on the two adjacent sides are tensioned and fixed together through first tensioning ropes; the corner plate on the front side is tensioned and fixed together with the adjacent second side plate through a second tensioning rope, and is tensioned and fixed together with the two first side plates and the middle plate on the adjacent side through a first tensioning rope. The transformer substation has the beneficial effects that all the components of the transformer substation are convenient to carry and transfer and do not need to be fixed through too many bolts, the constraining performance is larger, and connection between the first side plate and the second side plate which are adjacent on each side is firmer.
本发明提供了一种拼接式变电站,包括底座,在底座左右两侧和后侧均竖直设有两个通过中间板拼接的第一侧板,前侧两端处竖直设有第二侧板,两个第二侧板之间设有对开门,第二侧板和相邻的第一侧板及拐角处相邻的两个第一侧板之间通过拐角板拼接,第一侧板、第二侧板上侧固接有顶板,后侧的拐角板均与相邻两侧每侧的两个第一侧板通过第一张紧绳张紧固定在一起,前侧的拐角板均与相邻的第二侧板之间通过第二张紧绳张紧固定在一起,并与相邻一侧的两个第一侧板及中间板之间通过第一张紧绳张紧固定在一起。本发明有益效果:该变电站各部件方便搬运转移,无需通过过多的螺栓来固定,约束性相更大,使每侧相邻的第一侧板、第二侧板之间的连接更牢固。
