Connecting positioning plates are welded to the connecting positions of the upper ends of the single columns andthe beam system module, the connecting positioning plates are parallel to the ground, a plurality of positioning plate connecting holes are formed in the connecting positioning plates, connecting limiting supports are welded to the upper sides and the lower sides of the connecting positioning plates at equal intervals, and a cross beam is longitudinally erected between the connecting limiting supports. A base is welded at the lower end of each single column. The whole foundation is flexible and convenient to construct, the foundation can be detached, recycled and reused after a transformer substation is removed in the later period, a pier stud is also convenient to detach, the original ecology of occupied land is recovered, and environmental protection and saving are achieved.
