The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pouring, and discloses a bridge concrete pouring device and a using method thereof.The bridge concrete pouring device comprises a bottom plate, a push handle is fixedly connected to the side face of the bottom plate, a tank is arranged above the bottom plate, and a stirring mechanism is arranged on the tank; the stirring mechanism comprises a driving motor, a first rotating rod, a wing-shaped blade, an arc-shaped threaded block, a lifting plate and a limiting rod, and the driving motor is fixedly mounted at the top of the tank body. A driving motor is arranged to drive a first rotating rod to rotate so as to drive wing-shaped blades to rotate, bubbles in concrete are crushed, meanwhile, the wing-shaped blades are arranged to facilitate rising of the bubbles, the bubbles are conveniently discharged out of the concrete, an arc-shaped threaded block and a lifting plate are arranged to drive the concrete to turn over, and the concrete can be stirred more conveniently. Thus, bubbles in the concrete can be conveniently discharged, the content of the bubbles in the concrete is reduced, and the concrete pouring strength is improved.
