The invention provides an auxiliary device for underwater cofferdam construction and a using method, the device comprises a steel structure framework, the steel structure framework is integrally constructed into a U shape, the steel structure framework comprises a plurality of horizontal angle steel and a plurality of rectangular frames connected to the horizontal angle steel, and each rectangular frame comprises two rows of vertical angle steel and two rows of transverse angle steel which are connected; the horizontal angle steel is connected with the rectangular frames to form a spatial steel structure framework, two side faces of the steel structure framework are connected in a sealed mode through steel plates, and the bottom face of the steel structure framework is sealed through an elastic material layer. According to the auxiliary device of the U-shaped structure, water in a tunnel bypasses the device and flows to the downstream from the two sides, workers safely work in the device, the cofferdam does not completely cut off water flow of the tunnel, transportation and use of the water flow are not affected, cofferdam support installation and local maintenance can be conducted on a tunnel bottom plate, and the auxiliary device is suitable for application and popularization.
本发明提出了一种用于水下围堰施工的辅助装置及使用工法,该装置包括钢结构骨架,钢结构骨架整体构造成U型,钢结构骨架包括多根水平角钢和连接在水平角钢上的多个矩形框架,矩形框架包括两排竖向角钢和两排横向角钢连接,水平角钢与多个矩形框架连接后形成一个空间钢结构骨架,其中钢结构骨架的两个侧面采用钢板密封连接,钢结构骨架的底面采用弹性材料层密封。本发明通过U型构造的辅助装置,使隧洞内的水绕过装置从两侧流通至下游,工作人员安全的在装置内部作业,围堰不完全截止隧洞的水流,不影响水流的运输使用,即可对隧洞底板进行围堰支座安装、局部维修,适合推广使用。
