本发明公开了一种既有建筑墙面改造系统及施工方法，属于建筑施工技术领域，包括：工作台，工作台底端四周均设有用于驱动连接的滚轮，且工作台上安装有置于侧板上的控制台；推动导向机构，推动导向机构包括置于工作台顶端两侧的第一气缸，第一气缸上的活塞杆顶端延伸至横梁上，横梁一端的挡块沿侧板高度方向连接有滑槽，相对另一端固定在第二气缸上，第二气缸上的活塞杆固定在可拆卸安装的L型支架上，L型支架外壁边缘长度方向开设有与其相适配的条形槽。本发明可以解决螺丝固定法的操作方式使得人为操作较为不便，费时费力，虽然也能够将板材固定在墙面上，但是墙板之间的连接处容易产生缝隙，防水性能较差的技术问题。
