Construction technology of reed foil rattan plaster suspended ceiling
The construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, main keel wood braces are arranged in the purlin direction, secondary keel wood braces are arranged at intervals, and keels and roof truss beams are fixed through wood braces serving as hanging rods; s2, fixing the processed finished reed foils on the bottom surface of the wood keel by nails, and using the reed foils in a densified manner in the installation process to ensure that the gap between the reed foils is less than 5mm; s3, preparing three types of mortar from cured lime, hemp, polypropylene staple fibers, nano silicon dioxide and bluestone powder; and S4, plastering the outer side of the reed foil in a three-layer construction mode by using the three kinds of prepared mortar, and completing the construction of the suspended ceiling. The method is convenient to operate, the suspended ceiling of the ancient building can be effectively repaired, and the construction technology is close to a traditional reed foil hemp smearing knife ash suspended ceiling construction technology.
