The invention relates to a preparation method of preheated rubber powder concrete, which comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out high-temperature heating reaction on waste rubber powder, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out post-treatment to obtain preheated rubber powder; s2, preparing raw materials of the concrete; s3, firstly adding the aggregate into a stirrer, stirring for 1-2 minutes, then adding half of the water in parts by weight, stirring for 1-2 minutes, then adding the rest raw materials of the concrete by a co-doping method, and carrying out wet stirring for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniformly dispersed; s4, the mixture is added into a test mold in a layered and graded mode, vibrating and compacting are conducted, demolding and curing are conducted after forming is conducted for 12-24 h, and the concrete is obtained. The morphology of the rubber powder is regulated and controlled in a preheating mode, and the preheated rubber powder is used for partially replacing fine aggregate, so that the problems that the existing rubber concrete is high in preparation cost, easy to stir and layer and poor in mechanical property are solved; the preheating rubber powder has the advantages that the mechanical property of the preheating rubber powder, the bonding strength of the preheating rubber powder and cement paste and the mechanical property of concrete are improved.
