The morphology of the rubber powder is regulated and controlled in a preheating mode, and the preheated rubber powder is used for partially replacing fine aggregate, so that the problems that the existing rubber concrete is high in preparation cost, easy to stir and layer and poor in mechanical property are solved; the preheating rubber powder has the advantages that the mechanical property of the preheating rubber powder, the bonding strength of the preheating rubber powder and cement paste and the mechanical property of concrete are improved.
本发明涉及一种预加热橡胶粉混凝土的制备方法,其包括以下步骤,S1将废旧橡胶粉经高温加热反应,反应结束后经后处理,得到预加热橡胶粉;S2准备所述混凝土的原料;S3先向搅拌机内加入所述骨料,拌合1~2min,再加入一半重量份的所述水,搅拌1~2min,然后以同掺法加入所述混凝土的剩余原料,湿拌2~3min,至拌合物分散均匀;S4将所述拌合物分层分次加入试模,振捣压实,成型12~24h后脱模,养护,得到所述混凝土。本发明通过预加热的方式调控橡胶粉形貌,并利用预加热橡胶粉部分取代细骨料,解决了现有橡胶混凝土制备成本高、容易搅拌分层、力学性能不佳的问题,具有提高预加热橡胶粉的力学性能、预加热橡胶粉和水泥浆体的粘结强度、以及混凝土的力学性能的优点。
