The invention provides a high-density boron nitride heat-conducting filler and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of nitride ceramic materials. Hydrophilic modified hexagonal boron nitride is adopted, a calcium acetate aqueous solution is used as an auxiliary agent, the surface of boron nitride is hydrophilic, the boron nitride is wetted to generate lamellar slippage under the action of water in the auxiliary agent, meanwhile, calcium acetate has the effect similar to that of lubricating oil and also promotes lamellar slippage rearrangement of boron nitride, and high-density boron nitride particles are obtained through granulation; calcium acetate is decomposed to form calcium carbonate in the glue discharging process, calcium carbonate is further decomposed to form calcium oxide in the heat treatment process, the formed calcium oxide reacts with an oxidation film on the surface layer of boron nitride to generate a sintering liquid phase, meanwhile, growth of lamellar boron nitride grains is promoted, the bonding strength is improved, and then the high-density boron nitride heat conduction filler is obtained. When the polymer composite material is prepared, the polymer composite material has excellent heat-conducting property.
本发明提供了一种高致密度氮化硼导热填料及其制备方法,涉及氮化物陶瓷材料技术领域。本发明采用亲水改性六方氮化硼,利用乙酸钙水溶液作为助剂,氮化硼表面亲水,在助剂中水的作用下润湿发生片层滑移,同时乙酸钙具有类似润滑油的作用,也促进氮化硼的片层滑移重排,经造粒,获得高致密度的氮化硼颗粒;在排胶过程中,乙酸钙分解形成碳酸钙,在热处理过程中,碳酸钙进一步分解形成氧化钙,形成的氧化钙与氮化硼表层的氧化膜反应生成烧结液相,同时促进片层氮化硼晶粒生长并提升结合强度,进而获得高致密度氮化硼导热填料,在制备聚合物复合材料时,使得聚合物复合材料具有优异的导热性能。
