The invention discloses a bridgehead roadbed structure and a construction method thereof, and the bridgehead roadbed structure comprises: a cement soil compaction pile row arranged in a foundation; the cement mixing pile column is arranged in the foundation; a first geogrid layer is laid in the broken stone hardcore in a clamping manner; a trapezoidal supporting structure, a second geogrid layer and a shearing force limiting supporting structure are sequentially clamped and laid in the foundation bed bottom layer from bottom to top at intervals; the trapezoidal supporting structure comprises a plurality of trapezoidal frames, a reinforcing mesh and a concrete filling layer; the shearing force limiting supporting structure comprises a transverse base, a support, a fence, a bearing groove and a first trapezoidal protrusion. The beam span base comprises an abutting end and a second trapezoidal protrusion. And the pavement layer is paved at the top of the beam span and the top of the foundation bed bottom layer. The bridgehead roadbed structure can remarkably reduce the settlement speed of the roadbed at the bridgehead connecting position, is matched with bridge settlement and reduces the settlement difference.
