The invention discloses a prestress lifting system for a segment assembly pier, and belongs to the field of bridge design. When a segmental assembled bridge pier at the present stage is subjected to an earthquake load, transverse displacement or cracks are easily generated between two adjacent bridge piers along with swinging of the segmental assembled bridge pier, so that the rigidity and the bearing capacity of the whole structure are reduced. The device comprises a prestressed tendon, the prestressed tendon longitudinally penetrates through the multiple sections of bridge piers and is anchored, N prestressed lifting units are axially connected to the prestressed tendon in series, each prestressed lifting unit comprises at least one prestressed lifting elastic piece, a reserved clamping groove is formed in each section of bridge pier, and the prestressed lifting elastic pieces are axially clamped in the reserved clamping grooves. The prestress lifting elastic pieces are connected with the prestress tendons so as to bear part of tension stress borne by the prestress tendons. The prestressed reinforcement is mainly used for improving the prestress of the prestressed reinforcement and achieving the effects of vibration reduction and energy consumption.
