The invention provides a ship lock water delivery gallery prefabricated UHPC surface protection structure and a construction method, and the structure comprises a gallery bottom wall surface protection structure which is located at the bottom wall of a water delivery gallery and is a cast-in-place UHPC concrete structure; the two gallery side wall surface protecting structures are arranged on the two side wall surfaces of the water conveying gallery correspondingly, and each gallery side wall surface protecting structure is composed of a plurality of prefabricated UHPC side plates; the gallery top wall surface protecting structure is located on the top wall of the water conveying gallery and composed of a plurality of prefabricated UHPC top plates, and the prefabricated UHPC top plates are erected above the two gallery side wall surface protecting structures. The UHPC prefabricated plate is used as the inner surface of the water delivery gallery by utilizing the characteristics of high durability, high mechanical property and good impact and wear resistance of the UHPC material, so that the structural durability of the water delivery gallery of the ship lock is greatly improved, the UHPC is used for protecting the water delivery gallery instead of impact and wear resistant concrete, the volume of the UHPC is about one twentieth of that of the impact and wear resistant concrete, and the service life of the water delivery gallery is prolonged. And the cost is about one fifth of that of anti-impact and wear-resistant concrete.
