The invention relates to a method for repairing a pipe pile at a fixed wharf, and provides a method for repairing a pile foundation and a structure at the fixed wharf, which comprises the steps of repairing the pile foundation and repairing the structure, specifically, a knocking device is hoisted by a crane to act on a PHC pipe pile forming the pile foundation so as to remove impurities until a hard part is exposed or a reinforcing steel bar is planted; and then the sleeve is assembled and positioned to the periphery of the to-be-repaired PHC pipe pile, grouting is continuously completed in batches through pressure grouting, and repairing is completed through maintenance. The structure repairing is mainly used for repairing reinforced concrete structures at an approach bridge structure and a fixed wharf, and comprises crack repairing and concrete damage repairing; in the crack repairing process, pressure grouting is conducted on the vertical cracks from top to bottom, pressure grouting is conducted on the horizontal cracks from one end to the other end, and the pressure of pressure grouting is 0.2-0.8 MPa. And secondary damage caused by chiseling is avoided by utilizing the beating device.
