The invention discloses a synchronous grouting construction method for controlling floating of a super-large-diameter shield tunnel, which belongs to the technical field of shield construction, and comprises the following steps: respectively mixing inert slurry and cement slurry for double-liquid slurry, and preparing the double-liquid slurry from the cement slurry and water glass according to a volume ratio of 10: 1-12: 1; pumping the mixed inert slurry and the double-liquid slurry into a slurry storage tank in a shield tunneling machine; the multiple grouting pipelines are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the shield tunneling machine at intervals, and when the shield tunneling machine starts tunneling, double-liquid slurry is injected into the upper half portion of a segment through the grouting pipelines located on the half of the upper portion of the shield tunneling machine. And meanwhile, the other half of grouting pipelines located on the lower portion of the shield tunneling machine are used for synchronously injecting inert grout into the lower half portion of the segment.
