The invention provides a treatment method of electrolytic aluminum solid waste. The treatment method comprises the following steps: providing electrolytic aluminum solid wastes, wherein the electrolytic aluminum solid wastes comprise waste aluminum electrolyte, carbon residues and overhaul residues; the overhaul slag is sequentially subjected to coarse grinding treatment and sorting treatment, and non-carbonaceous solid waste and carbonaceous solid waste are obtained; mixing the carbonaceous solid waste, the waste aluminum electrolyte and the carbon residue to obtain a first mixture; carrying out flotation treatment on the first mixture to obtain waste electrolyte and carbon powder; and mixing the waste electrolyte and the composite activating agent, and sequentially carrying out medium-temperature activating treatment and filtering treatment to obtain aluminum fluoride and filtrate. According to the treatment method for the electrolytic aluminum solid waste, aluminum fluoride can be effectively recycled from the solid waste, and cyclic utilization of resources is achieved; meanwhile, the harm of harmful substances in the solid wastes to the environment can be reduced.
