The invention discloses a method for preparing a cementing material for mine filling by using suspension roasting iron separation tailings, and the cementing material for mine filling is prepared by mixing the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 24%-35% of suspension roasting iron separation tailings, 63.5%-74.7% of composite powder and 0.3%-1.5% of exciting agent, the composite powder is prepared by mixing superfine slag powder, desulfurized gypsum and cement in proportion; the exciting agent is prepared by mixing sodium ethyl silicate, sodium sulfate, sodium lignin sulfonate and triethanolamine in proportion. When the cementing material is used for consolidating the micro-fine particle iron tailings, a filling body with the compressive strength of 2.6 MPa or above can be obtained, and the requirements of an underground filling process are completely met. According to the method, the tailing treatment process is simple, safe and free of pollution, resource utilization of the suspension roasting iron separation tailings is achieved, and a new thought is provided for resource utilization of the suspension roasting iron separation tailings.
本发明公开了一种利用悬浮焙烧选铁尾矿制备矿山充填用胶凝材料的方法,所述的矿山充填用胶凝材料是由以下组份混合配置而成,原料组份之和按照100%时的各组份质量占比为:悬浮焙烧选铁尾矿24%~35%,复合粉体63.5%~74.7%,激发剂0.3%~1.5%;所述复合粉体是由矿渣微粉、脱硫石膏、水泥按比例混合配置而成;所述激发剂是由乙基硅酸钠、硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、三乙醇胺按比例混合配置而成。采用该胶凝材料固结微细粒铁尾矿,可获得抗压强度达2.6MPa以上的充填体,完全满足井下充填工艺需求。该方法对尾矿处理过程简单,安全无污染,实现了悬浮焙烧选铁尾矿的资源化利用,为悬浮焙烧选铁尾矿的资源化利用提供一条新思路。
