Cement-based composite material based on fiber reinforcement
The invention discloses a fiber-reinforced cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises steel fibers, modified polyvinyl alcohol fibers, fly ash, cement, fine aggregate and a water reducing agent. By adding the steel fibers, the tensile strength and the crack resistance of the material are effectively improved through a three-dimensional network structure, and the overall mechanical property of the material is enhanced. After the modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber is subjected to heat treatment and surface treatment, the interface bonding force with a cement matrix is remarkably improved, so that the crack resistance and durability of the material are improved. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, by optimizing the component proportion and the preparation process, the uniformity and fluidity of the mixture are ensured, and the prepared composite material has excellent mechanical properties such as compression resistance, fracture resistance, tensile strength and the like, and can meet high requirements of modern construction engineering on material properties.
