FIBER MATERIAL FOR CEMENT REINFORCEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber material for cement reinforcement which has high convergence properties and excellent reinforcement effect, and to particularly provide a fiber material for cement reinforcement which is excellent in a reinforcement effect relative to concrete or mortar having high viscosity.SOLUTION: A fiber material for cement reinforcement is a fiber bundle formed of an aromatic polyamide fiber, where the aromatic polyamide fiber is an epoxy pretreatment yarn, the fiber bundle is obtained by twisting, and the surface of the fiber bundle is covered with a resin containing an isocyanate compound as a main component. Preferably, the resin is a resin containing polyol or epoxy compound as a component, in addition to the isocyanate compound. A method for producing a fiber material for cement reinforcement includes twisting an aromatic polyamide fiber treated with an epoxy compound, and then subjecting the aromatic polyamide fiber to coating treatment with a resin containing an isocyanate compound as a main component. Concrete or mortar molded body contains the above material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】集束性が高く、補強効果に優れたセメント補強用繊維材料を提供することを目的とし、特に粘性の高いコンクリートまたはモルタルに対し補強効果に優れるセメント補強用繊維材料を提供すること。【解決手段】芳香族ポリアミド繊維からなる繊維束であって、芳香族ポリアミド繊維がエポキシ前処理糸であり、繊維束が撚糸されているとともに、その表面がイソシアネート化合物を主成分とする樹脂で被覆されていることを特徴とするセメント補強用繊維材料。さらには、樹脂がイソシアネート化合物に加えて、ポリオールまたはエポキシ化合物を構成成分とする樹脂であることが好ましい。または、あらかじめエポキシ化合物で処理された芳香族ポリアミド繊維に、撚りを施したのち、イソシアネート化合物を主成分とする樹脂で被覆処理することを特徴とするセメント補強用繊維材料の製造方法。また本発明は、上記材料を含有するコンクリートまたはモルタル成形体を包含する。【選択図】なし
