The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a multi-component anti-crack cement material and a manufacturing process thereof.The cement material is formed by taking ordinary Portland cement, gravel, fine sand and the like as main components and fly ash, a brucite fiber modified material, a gelling agent and the like as additives through wet mixing, wherein the brucite fiber modified material can be riveted in the cement material to form a strong constraint and traction effect, so that the mechanical property and the crack resistance of the cement material are effectively enhanced, and the gel has extremely strong hydrophilicity, can absorb a large amount of water in the initial hydration stage of the cement material and store the water, and releases the water under the action of pressure difference in the later hydration stage, so that the cement material is prevented from cracking. A continuous hydration effect is generated, so that the internal stress generated by drying shrinkage of the cement material is reduced, and the cracking phenomenon caused by too high shrinkage rate of the cement material can be avoided, so that the anti-cracking performance of the cement material is improved from different angles by cooperating with the brucite fiber modified material.
