According to the present invention, the gypsum mortar is prepared by mixing the desulfurized gypsum, the polyethylene particles, the fumed silica particles, the sepiolite fiber, the suppository fiber, the retarder, the cellulose ether, the rubber powder and the like with the deionized water, and the cement is not added, such that the prepared gypsum mortar has the excellent sound insulation effect; the adhesive property is good, a thick-layer floor slab ground of 10-80 mm can be paved during use, hollowing and cracking are avoided, and the performance is excellent.
