High-density REBCO single-phase superconducting target material and preparation method thereof
The embodiment of the invention discloses a high-density REBCO single-phase superconducting target material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively dissolving a lanthanide metal compound, a barium compound and a copper compound in an acid solution to obtain a lanthanide metal solution, a barium solution and a copper solution; mixing the lanthanide metal solution, the barium solution and the copper solution to obtain a mixed solution; the molar ratio of lanthanide metal to barium to copper in the mixed solution is 1: 2: 3; s2, excessive oxalic acid is added into the mixed solution, and then the pH of the mixed solution is adjusted to 5 with ammonia water; s3, the mixed solution is heated and aged, and precipitates are generated in the mixed solution; s4, washing and drying the precipitate to obtain precursor powder; s5, calcining the precursor powder to obtain REBCO single-phase nano powder; s6, the REBCO single-phase nano powder is subjected to ball milling treatment; s7, performing compression molding on the ball-milled REBCO powder to obtain an REBCO biscuit; and S8, the REBCO biscuit is subjected to spark plasma sintering, and the high-density REBCO single-phase superconducting target material is obtained.
