The invention relates to a preparation method of silicon dioxide ceramic, which comprises the following steps: powder preparation: adding silicon dioxide powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring, adding a sintering aid, mixing and drying to obtain silicon dioxide mixed powder coated with the sintering aid; molding a green body: carrying out jet printing molding on the obtained silicon dioxide mixed powder through a binder, and then baking and curing to obtain a silicon dioxide green body; degreasing and dipping: degreasing the obtained silicon dioxide green body, adding an inorganic binder after degreasing, and then carrying out vacuum dipping; sintering the green body, namely sintering the silicon dioxide green body subjected to vacuum impregnation at high temperature to obtain a high-performance silicon dioxide ceramic product. By modifying the silicon dioxide powder and impregnating the green body with the inorganic binder, the strength of the silicon dioxide ceramic is improved, and the problem that the silicon dioxide ceramic product is easy to crack is solved, so that the performance of the sintered silicon dioxide ceramic is improved.
