Recycling method for tape-casting green body of silicon nitride substrate
The invention discloses a silicon nitride substrate tape casting green body recycling method, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic preparation. In order to realize recycling of silicon nitride substrate tape casting green body waste, the invention provides a silicon nitride substrate tape casting green body recycling and application method which comprises the following steps: carrying out vacuum pretreatment and crushing on a recycled green body, adding a solvent, a plasticizer, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent, dispersing and slurrying the crushed green body, and filtering impurities; mixing the recycled green body dispersion slurry with normal newly prepared slurry in proportion; and then carrying out ball milling, filtering, defoaming and aging to obtain the silicon nitride tape casting green tape through tape casting. According to the green body recycling and application technology, recycling of tape casting green body waste can be achieved, output of solid waste is greatly reduced, the green belt production cost is remarkably reduced, and large-scale production and application can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种氮化硅基板流延生坯回收利用方法,属于陶瓷制备技术领域。本发明为实现氮化硅基板流延生坯废料的回收利用,提供了一种氮化硅基板流延生坯回收应用方法,包括:将回收生坯进行真空预处理和粉碎,加入溶剂、增塑剂、分散剂及消泡剂,将粉碎的生坯分散化浆并过滤杂质;将回收生坯分散浆料与正常新配浆料按比例混合;然后经球磨、过滤、脱泡、陈腐,即可流延得到氮化硅流延生带。本发明的生坯回收应用技术不仅可以实现流延生坯废料的回收利用,大幅减少固体废物产出,并且显著降低了生带生产成本,可大规模生产应用。
