The invention discloses a slurry preparation method for improving thermal conductivity of a silicon nitride ceramic chip, and relates to the technical field of thermal conductive ceramics. The slurry comprises the following raw material components: boron nitride powder, a reducing agent, a solvent, a binder, a plasticizer and a dispersing agent; the reducing agent is at least one of melamine, urea, triethanolamine and acetanilide; based on the defects of a conventional boron nitride powder coating technology, a reducing agent with a nitridation reduction effect and other auxiliaries are added into boron nitride powder, the mixture is emulsified and dispersed uniformly to obtain slurry, and the slurry is uniformly sprayed on the surface of a green body through high pressure to form a uniform coating and reduce generation of impure phases in the sintering process, so that the heat conductivity of the ceramic chip is improved.
