The invention relates to a hydraulic resistance type high vibration reduction fastener for rail transit, which comprises a rail bearing plate, a frame base, a vulcanized rubber structure, a bottom plate, an elastic unit, oil and a damping plate, the rail bearing plate is sleeved in the frame base, and an open cavity is enclosed by the vulcanized rubber structure; the damping plate is arranged in the open cavity, the elastic unit and the oil liquid are filled in the open cavity, and the rail bearing plate, the frame base and the vulcanized rubber structure are vulcanized into a whole and are connected with the bottom plate in a sealed mode. Different from a traditional steel rail fastener which generally adopts a rubber solid medium for vibration reduction design, the liquid resistance type high-grade vibration reduction fastener provides elasticity through gas compressibility, provides damping through oil viscous flow, can flexibly adjust rigidity and damping, and is assembled into a sealing structure through a vulcanized rubber structure and a bottom plate, so that the service life of the steel rail fastener is prolonged, and the service life of the steel rail fastener is prolonged.
