A lifting screw is arranged at the output end of the lifting motor, an auxiliary screw hole is formed in the side face of the lifting base, a camera is arranged at the top end of the rack, and the processor obtains the height of the concrete pile according to the camera and controls the lifting motor to act so that the first rotary scraper can abut against the upper portion of the concrete pile.
