The invention discloses a concrete rockfill dam panel anti-icing structure which comprises a moving trolley (1) capable of moving along a dam slope, a traction rope (2) is arranged on the upper side of the moving trolley (1), the upper end of the traction rope (2) is connected with a traction machine (3) located on the upper side of a dam body, and a water pressure sensor (21) is arranged on one side of the moving trolley (1); a submersible pump (6) is arranged on the lowermost upper side of the moving trolley (1), multiple groups of water pipes (4) connected with the submersible pump (6) are arranged on the middle upper side of the moving trolley (1), and first nozzles (5) are connected to the upper sides of the water pipes (4). The anti-icing device has the advantages of being convenient to install, low in cost and good in anti-icing effect.
