The invention relates to a construction method of an ultra-deep foundation pit close to a subway business line, which comprises the following steps of: dividing an excavation area into an area far away from a subway and an area close to the subway, and further dividing the excavation area into a plurality of large foundation pits and a plurality of small foundation pits; vertical supporting construction is conducted between the adjacent large foundation pits and between the adjacent small foundation pits along the boundary of the area away from the subway and the area close to the subway; layered excavation and support construction is conducted on the first large foundation pit; after the first large foundation pit is constructed to positive and negative zero, a plurality of corresponding small foundation pits are constructed, the small foundation pits are excavated in a layered mode, and after each layer is excavated, a steel support with a first axial force compensation device is adopted for supporting; after the small foundation pit is excavated, a foundation cushion layer is poured, and a diagonal bracing I-shaped steel assembly is pre-buried in the foundation cushion layer; and the steps are repeated for construction until the whole excavation area is constructed. According to the construction method, the hidden danger range is reduced, after the construction working face is divided, resources input at a time are few, the construction period is short, the construction duration is shortened, and the potential safety hazards of subway operation are reduced.
