Device and method for emergency rescue and remediation of foundation pit leakage
The device and method are used for blocking leakage holes in a foundation pit support structure, the device comprises a foundation pit main body, a water pumping well, a water pumping and draining assembly and grouting equipment, the grouting equipment is arranged in the foundation pit main body, and the grouting equipment comprises a grouting machine and a grouting hose connected with the grouting machine; the foundation pit enclosure structure is arranged on the periphery of the interior of the foundation pit body so as to protect normal construction of the foundation pit. When the foundation pit support structure leaks, a leakage hole in the foundation pit support structure is positioned in time, a drainage pipe is inserted into the leakage hole, pumping wells are drilled in the two sides of the leakage hole, meanwhile, a waterproof curtain is installed behind the pumping wells, water is pumped through a water pumping and drainage assembly till no water leaks in the leakage hole, and then the leakage hole is cleaned; and finally, the leakage holes are blocked, foundation pit construction is not affected in the foundation pit leakage emergency rescue and remediation process, the environment is effectively protected, and meanwhile the leakage problem of the foundation pit support structure is solved.
本发明公开了一种对基坑渗漏抢险补救的装置及方法，用于封堵基坑围护结构上的渗漏孔，包括基坑主体、抽水井、抽排水组件和灌浆设备，所述灌浆设备设置于基坑主体内部，灌浆设备包括灌浆机以及与灌浆机连接的注浆软管；所述基坑围护结构设置于基坑主体内部的四周，以保护基坑正常施工。本发明在基坑围护结构发生渗漏时，及时对基坑围护结构上的渗漏孔进行定位，在渗漏孔处插入引流管，在渗漏孔两侧打上抽水井，同时在抽水井后方安装止水帷幕，通过抽排水组件抽水直至渗漏孔内不再渗水后，对渗漏孔进行清理，最后对渗漏孔进行封堵，能够在基坑渗漏抢险补救过程中不影响基坑施工的进行，有效保护环境的同时解决基坑围护结构渗漏问题。
