The invention provides a water outlet device, shower equipment and a water outlet method. A device body is provided with a water flow channel, a water outlet and at least two water inlets, and the water inlets and the water outlet communicate with the water flow channel; the valve element assembly is connected with the device body, and at least one part of the valve element assembly is located in the water flow channel. The water flow monitoring assembly is connected with the device body and comprises a controller, a sound production part and a detection part, the sound production part and the detection part are both electrically connected with the controller, the detection part is located in the water flow channel, at least one detection part is arranged between the valve element assembly and the water outlet, and the detection part is used for detecting water flow adjusted by the valve element assembly; the controller is configured to receive detection information of the detection part, and when the detection information changes, the controller controls the sound production part to broadcast the water outlet state in a voice mode according to the changed detection information. According to the water outlet device, the shower equipment and the water outlet method, a user can be reminded to adjust the water outlet state through voice.
