The invention discloses a sewage-intercepting and energy-saving sponge city rainwater seepage and drainage integrated system which comprises an environment-friendly rainwater opening, a sewage-intercepting hanging basket, a water distribution pipe, a seepage channel assembly, an overflow pipe and water-permeable geotextile. The environment-friendly gutter inlet is a cavity with an opening in the upper end and an inner cavity in the middle and is usually arranged under the road surface. A sewage intercepting hanging basket is hung at the top of the environment-friendly gutter inlet; the bottom of the environment-friendly gutter inlet is connected with the water distribution pipe, and the other end of the water distribution pipe is connected with the permeation channel assembly. The permeation channel assembly comprises a plurality of permeation channel shell units and end covers; the permeation channel shell unit is a shell with two open ends and an inner cavity in the middle, and a plurality of micropores are formed in the outer wall of the permeation channel shell unit. According to the sewage-intercepting and energy-saving sponge city rainwater seepage and drainage integrated system, the efficient rainwater seepage and retention effects are achieved; rainwater retention volume and infiltration volume of a site are enlarged, filtration and infiltration sponge techniques are taken into consideration, peak flow is effectively reduced, and meanwhile underground water is supplemented.
