Translation type passive tuned mass damper
The invention relates to the technical field of vibration control of building structures, in particular to a translational passive tuned mass damper which comprises a mass component, a spherical roller assembly and a first base which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The top of the first base and the bottom of the mass component are provided with opposite concave surface tracks respectively, and the spherical roller assembly is arranged between the opposite concave surface tracks in a rolling mode. The second bases are paired in the first direction and the second direction respectively and are fixed on the outer edge of the first base; the first base and the second base are connected through a detachable force transmission assembly so as to attenuate displacement of the mass component in the first direction and the second direction. By arranging the detachable spring assembly, the passive tuned mass damper can replace a spring according to the change of the natural vibration period of a building structure, so that the natural vibration period of the damper is changed, the bidirectional tuning function is achieved, and the damping effect is more stable.
