The swing type mass component is placed on the first base with the groove, an existing swing type passive tuned mass damping assembly for hoisting the mass component is replaced, the vertical building space is saved, and the space utilization rate is increased. And meanwhile, the bidirectional vibration reduction effect can be achieved.
