The invention provides a special-shaped curved surface perforated GRG sound absorption suspended ceiling system and a construction method. The suspended ceiling system comprises a plurality of GRG plates and a suspended ceiling conversion layer. The GRG plates are special-shaped curved GRG plates, penetrating holes are fully distributed in the whole plate body, the multiple GRG plates are sequentially and flatly connected in the same datum plane to form a datum layer, pre-embedded hanging pieces are further arranged in the GRG plates, one ends of the pre-embedded hanging pieces are arranged in the GRG plates, the other ends of the pre-embedded hanging pieces are connecting ends and are arranged outside the GRG plates, a plurality of connecting sites are arranged on the suspended ceiling conversion layer, and the connecting sites are connected with the GRG plates. The base layer can be connected with the connecting end of the pre-embedded hanging piece, so that the whole base layer is connected below the suspended ceiling transfer layer; a sound absorption damp-proof surface layer is laid on the side, away from the embedded part, of the GRG plate; during construction, all the GRG plates are hung on the suspended ceiling conversion layer, then the adjacent GRG plates are connected, and then the lower portions of the GRG plates are coated with the sound absorption damp-proof surface layers. The ceiling system disclosed by the invention has excellent acoustic performance and has moisture-proof and sound-absorbing functions; and the GRG plate is designed to be in a special-shaped curved surface shape, so that the decorative attractive effect is improved.
