Self-locking type fastening device for fast connection of aluminum formwork and wood formwork
The self-locking type fastening device comprises a 7-shaped rod and an adjustable clamping plate which are connected in an inserted mode, a first pin piece groove and a second pin piece groove are formed in the corresponding positions of the 7-shaped rod and the adjustable clamping plate respectively, and through and fixedly connected pin pieces are arranged in the first pin piece groove and the second pin piece groove. A cylindrical pin is arranged below the transverse section of the 7-shaped rod and corresponds to an edge rib pin hole in the side wall of the aluminum formwork in size, and the height position of the adjustable clamping plate relative to the 7-shaped rod is increased along with increase of the knocking-in depth of the pin piece. Through the design of the product, connection of the joint of an aluminum alloy formwork and a wood formwork in building formwork engineering is quicker, self-locking type fastening installation and quick disassembly are achieved, and the device can be used in a circulating mode and is convenient to use. And therefore, the beneficial effects of improving the installation efficiency of construction at the joint of the aluminum alloy formwork and the wood formwork, improving the standard part rate of the formwork, reducing the construction cost, saving materials and avoiding waste are achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于铝模板与木模板快速连接的自锁式紧固装置,包括相互插接的七字杆和可调夹板,七字杆和可调夹板的相应位置分别设有第一销片槽和第二销片槽,第一销片槽和第二销片槽内设有贯通并紧固连接的销片,七字杆横向段的下方设有圆柱销,圆柱销与铝模板侧壁上的边肋销钉孔尺寸相应,可调夹板相对所述七字杆的高度位置随所述销片的敲入深度增加而提高;通过本发明产品的设计,从而使得建筑模板工程中铝合金模板与木模板的结合处连接更加快速、实现了自锁式紧固安装以及快速拆卸,且该装置可循环周转使用,进而达到提高铝合金模板与木模板的结合处施工的安装效率、提升模板的标准件率、降低施工成本及节约材料避免浪费的有益效果。
