The invention discloses a travel motor control system and a vehicle. The travel motor control system comprises a variable valve and an electromagnetic pressure reducing valve, an oil inlet of the electromagnetic pressure reducing valve is communicated with the high-low pressure oil way; an oil outlet of the electromagnetic pressure reducing valve is connected with a pilot port of the variable valve; a self-feedback pressure port of the variable valve is communicated with a brake cavity of the travel motor; when the variable valve is located at the left position, the pressure relief oil inlet of the variable valve is communicated with the variable piston cavity of the travel motor, and the pressure relief oil outlet of the variable valve is communicated with the pressure relief oil way; when the variable valve is located at the right position, a high-pressure oil inlet and a low-pressure oil inlet of the variable valve are communicated with the first high-pressure oil way and the second high-pressure oil way, and a high-pressure oil outlet and a low-pressure oil outlet of the variable valve are communicated with the variable piston cavity. The pilot pressure of the variable valve can be adjusted by adjusting the output oil pressure of the electromagnetic pressure reducing valve, so that the pressure of the displacement switching point of the travel motor can be adjusted, and the requirements of various working conditions can be met.
