The invention provides a double-hearth shaft kiln and a calcining process, the double-hearth shaft kiln comprises a combustion kiln hearth, a regenerative kiln hearth, a blanking assembly, a preheating zone, a combustion zone, a cooling zone, a burner gun, a cold air inlet and a cross channel, the blanking assembly is used for automatically cleaning blockage caused by bonding and blocking of raw materials due to high temperature abnormity, smooth blanking of the raw materials is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is improved. Through contact extrusion of the discharging distributor which rotates and uniformly distributes materials and the adjusting piece, the extrusion piece extrudes inwards, materials which are bonded into blocks and block a discharging opening are extruded and crushed, raw materials which are bonded into blocks are decomposed again, and by improving the calcination technology of limestone, the yield of limestone calcination is increased, and the calcination cost is reduced; limestone grading is added, limestone is subdivided into 2-4 cm, 4-8 cm and 8-12 cm, according to data analysis that the larger the particle size is, the better the overall air permeability is, the higher the productivity is, and otherwise, the smaller the particle size is, the lower the productivity is, limestone with the optimal particle size is selected flexibly according to the required yield, and therefore cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved.
本发明提供了一种双膛竖窑及煅烧工艺,包括燃烧窑膛、回热窑膛、下料组件、预热区、燃烧区、冷却区、烧嘴枪、冷气入口、交叉通道,通过下料组件对高温异常造成的原料粘结成块导致的堵塞进行自动清理,保障原料下料的顺畅,通过旋转均匀布料的下料分布器与调节件的接触挤压,使挤压件向内挤压,将粘结成块堵塞在下料口的物料进行挤压破碎,将粘结成块的原料再次分解,通过改善石灰石的煅烧工艺,提高石灰石煅烧的成品率与降低煅烧成本,通过增加石灰石分级,将其细分为2‑4cm、4‑8cm、8‑12cm,依据粒径越大整体的透气性越好对应产能越高,反之粒径越小产能越低的数据分析,灵活针对所需产量的高低来选择最佳粒径的石灰石,从而实现降本增效。
