The invention discloses a detection device for a photovoltaic support foundation embedded steel pipe, and relates to the field of photovoltaic foundation construction. Comprising a gradienter shell and a round steel pipe, the device further comprises a center pipe. The lower part of the central pipe is connected with a tensioning mechanism; the tensioning mechanism comprises a fixed block; tensioning pieces are hinged to the fixing block in the front, back, left and right directions towards the inclined lower portion. A lug boss is arranged at the lower part of the tensioning sheet; springs are connected to the lower parts of the fixing blocks; the lower portion of the spring is connected with a sliding block, and the central pipe is sleeved with the sliding block. The round steel pipe of the device is placed in the embedded steel pipe, and the protruding parts in the front, back, left and right directions abut against the inner side of the embedded steel pipe; whether the photovoltaic support foundation embedded steel pipe is vertical or not can be accurately judged through the level bubble at the top of the gradienter shell. When the concrete in the embedded steel pipe reaches the elevation where pouring is completed, the concrete, the probe, the embedded steel pipe, the round steel pipe, the clamping nut and the buzzer form a complete electric loop, the buzzer gives an alarm, and constructors are reminded that the concrete reaches the completed elevation.
本发明公开了一种用于光伏支架基础预埋钢管的检测装置,涉及光伏基础施工领域;包括水平仪壳体、圆钢管;还包括中心管;中心管下部连接有张紧机构;所述张紧机构包括固定块;固定块在前后左右四个方向均向斜下方铰接有张紧片;张紧片下部设有凸起部;固定块下部连接有弹簧;弹簧下部连接有滑块且滑块套设在中心管外。将本装置的圆钢管放入预埋钢管内,前后左右四个方向的凸起部均抵接预埋钢管内侧;通过水平仪壳体顶部的水准气泡即可准确判断光伏支架基础预埋钢管是否竖直。当预埋钢管内混凝土到达其浇筑完成的标高时,混凝土、探针、预埋钢管、圆钢管、夹紧螺母、蜂鸣器构成完整的电回路,使得蜂鸣器报警,提示施工人员混凝土已达到完成标高。
