The invention discloses a preparation method of a concrete module. The preparation method comprises the following steps: forming a mold for preparing the concrete module; the mold is made of a recyclable material; preparing a concrete module based on the mold; and post-processing the concrete module to obtain a final concrete module. The invention further discloses the prepared concrete module. The polystyrene foam boards with the volume weight of 14-16 kilograms are used as the inner mold and the outer mold, cost is low, ductility and plasticity are high, numerical control carving can be achieved, and manual cutting and splicing manufacturing can also be achieved. And the mold can be recycled after being demolded and is green and environment-friendly. Adjustment changes of the shape and the structure of the arching pavilion can be quickly adapted; the mix proportion design is optimized, and the fluidity of the material is fully improved on the premise of ensuring the mechanical strength of the arch-shaped module. The operation process decorative surface adopts a spraying process to ensure the color and texture, and the structural layer is manufactured by adopting a pouring process to ensure the strength. The material can also adopt high-strength concrete (UHPC) so as to further reduce the size, thickness and weight of the component and remarkably enhance the mechanical property.
