The invention relates to a method for directly preparing a cast stone pipe by using molten metallurgical slag. The method comprises the following steps: 1, adjusting and homogenizing melt viscosity; 2, pretreating a casting mold; 3, casting and molding; and 3, casting and molding, wherein the temperature of the melt is controlled within the range of 1100-1300 DEG C, and the viscosity of the high-temperature melt is controlled within the range of 0.5-15 Pa.s. 4, pipe blank heat treatment; and 5, pipeline finish machining. According to the method, molten metallurgical slag and industrial waste residues or chemical reagents are used as a tempering agent to improve the melt viscosity, a centrifugal casting mode is adopted for casting forming, and then nucleation, crystallization and finish machining are conducted to obtain the finished cast stone pipe. In the preparation process of the cast stone pipe, the utilization rate of single metallurgical slag exceeds 70%, the production process is energy-saving and environment-friendly, the production cost is low, and the application is wide.
本发明涉及一种利用熔融冶金渣直接制备铸石管的方法,包括如下步骤:1.熔体粘度调节与均质,2.浇铸模具预处理,3.浇铸成型,3.浇铸成型:其中将熔体温度控制在1100~1300℃的范围内,高温熔体粘度控制为在0.5~15Pa·s的范围内;4.管坯热处理,5.管道精加工。本发明使用熔态冶金渣辅以工业废渣或化学试剂作为调质剂来改善熔体粘度,采用离心浇铸的方式浇铸成型,再经核化、晶化、精加工得到成品铸石管。该铸石管在制备过程中,对单一冶金渣利用率超过70%,生产过程节能环保,生产成本较低,用途广泛。
