By arranging the cement, the fiber, the tackifier, the quartz sand and the water reducing agent, the bonding capacity of the mortar can be effectively improved, the water-retaining property is larger than or equal to 90%, the bonding force with a base layer is larger than or equal to 2.5 MPa, hollowing and cracking are avoided, the 28-day compressive strength is larger than or equal to 100 MPa, and the mortar is excellent in performance and high in practicability.
