Self-repairing ultra-high performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to self-repairing ultra-high performance concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The concrete comprises the following raw materials: a super plasticizer, microcapsules and a curing agent in a mass ratio of (20-25): (12-16): 2, and other components, the preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the water and the super plasticizer; adding Portland cement, silica fume and quartz powder, and uniformly stirring; adding the capsule and the curing agent, and uniformly stirring; adding quartz sand, and uniformly stirring; adding steel fibers, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and pouring, forming and curing the mixture to obtain the self-repairing ultra-high performance concrete. Compared with the prior art, the average compressive strength is 130 MPa or above, microcracks are self-repaired, damage is eliminated, and the durability of UHPC can be greatly improved due to increase of the repaired tensile strength; the average self-repairing rate after standing for 24 hours after cracking is 15% or above, the problem that a novel UHPC material is prone to shrinkage micro-cracks can be effectively solved, and automatic repairing of a concrete structural member is achieved.
本发明涉及一种自修复超高性能混凝土及其制备方法和应用,该混凝土的原料包括质量比为(20‑25):(12‑16):2的超塑化剂、微胶囊和固化剂,以及其他组分;该混凝土的制备方法为将水和超塑化剂搅拌均匀后;加入硅酸盐水泥、硅灰和石英粉,搅拌均匀后;加入胶囊和固化剂,搅拌均匀后;加入石英砂,搅拌均匀后;加入钢纤维,搅拌均匀后,得到混合物;将混合物浇筑、成型、养护后,得到自修复超高性能混凝土。与现有技术相比,本发明的平均抗压强度在130MPa以上,微裂缝自修复消除损伤以及修复后抗拉强度的增加会大幅度提高UHPC的耐久性;开裂后静置24小时的平均自修复率在15%以上,能够有效解决新型UHPC材料易出现收缩微裂缝的问题,实现混凝土结构构件的自动修复。
