The invention relates to the field of recycling of waste batteries containing lithium iron phosphate, in particular to a soft soil curing agent based on waste lithium iron phosphate positive electrode powder as well as a preparation method and application of the soft soil curing agent, and the soft soil curing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of waste lithium iron phosphate positive electrode powder, 10-75 parts of silica fume, 50-80 parts of slag, 10-20 parts of fly ash sinking beads and 1-3 parts of water glass. Under the synergistic effect of all the components, the soft soil curing agent has high unconfined compressive strength, the 7-day unconfined compressive strength of cured soil is 0.75-4.96 MPa, and the 28-day unconfined compressive strength of the cured soil is 2.07-7.63 MPa. According to the soft soil curing agent, high-value utilization of waste lithium iron phosphate is achieved, the cost of the soft soil curing agent is reduced, and pollution of waste batteries to the environment is reduced.
本发明涉及含磷酸铁锂的废弃电池回收利用领域,尤其是一种基于废弃磷酸铁锂正极粉的软土固化剂及制备方法与应用,所述软土固化剂按照质量份计包括:废弃磷酸铁锂正极粉10‑30份,硅灰10‑75份,矿渣50‑80份,粉煤灰沉珠10‑20份,水玻璃1‑3份。在各组分的协同作用下,所述软土固化剂具有较高的无侧限抗压强度,固化土的7天无侧限抗压强度为0.75‑4.96MPa,固化土的28天无侧限抗压强度为2.07‑7.63MPa。本发明所述软土固化剂实现了对废弃磷酸铁锂的高值化利用,降低了软土固化剂的成本,减少了废弃电池对环境的污染。
